• How do credits work?

  Every paid plan includes a monthly credit grant. Credits are spent when you generate scenarios, prompts, and assets, or export content. Plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and unused credits do not roll over.

• Is my subscription automatically renewed?

  Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current period — there are no prorated refunds for the remaining time.

• How do annual plans work?

  Annual plans are billed upfront for the year at the price of 10 months — 2 months free compared to paying monthly. Your included credits are still granted monthly, not all at once, and reset each month.

• How can I get more credits?

  You can buy credit packs from $5 to $1,500 at any time, on any plan. Larger packs include bonus credits (up to 4% extra). Pack credits expire 12 months after purchase and don’t change your plan benefits.

• What is the refund policy?

  Refunds are available within 7 days of an initial purchase as long as the purchase is unused. Contact support@cutib.com and we’ll take care of it.
