Plans for every workflow

Got questions?

• How do credits work?

Credits are used for AI generation and premium processing that displays a credit price. Standard video exports included with your plan do not use credits. You see an estimate before running priced processing. Grant and expiry terms appear before purchase and in Billing.

• Is my subscription automatically renewed?

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current period — there are no prorated refunds for the remaining time. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights still apply.

• How do annual plans work?

Annual plans are billed upfront at the current catalog price. Exact credit grant and expiry terms are shown before purchase and in Billing.

• How can I get more credits?

You can buy credit packs from $5 to $1,500 at any time, on any plan. Larger packs include bonus credits (up to 4% extra). Valid for 12 months. Credit packs do not change your plan or plan benefits.

• Can I use my outputs commercially?

Commercial use is governed by the Terms of Service and any separate agreement that apply to you. You can use your own outputs commercially when you generate them on a paid plan or complete a download or export during a paid subscription period. Rights already obtained under earlier terms or a paid plan continue after cancellation. Credit packs add credits without changing your plan. See the Terms of Service for the full conditions.

• What is the refund policy?

For personal purchases made directly through Tacu, you can request a refund within 7 days of an initial subscription payment, a monthly or annual renewal payment, or a credit pack purchase if all credits and paid features included in that purchase are completely unused. Contact support@cutib.com to submit a request. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights still apply, including when you cancel during a billing period.
