プロジェクトプロンプト
Create a realistic early-2000s MiniDV-style gym vlog featuring the same young Korean woman throughout the entire video.
CHARACTER:
CHASE, a Korean woman in her 20s with long black hair tied in a ponytail, expressive eyes, natural glowing skin, and a slim athletic build. She wears a modest long-sleeve athletic top, joggers or leggings, sneakers, and a small towel around her neck. Keep her face, hairstyle, outfit, and body proportions consistent in every shot.
CAMERA & LOOK:
Authentic handheld consumer MiniDV camcorder footage. Soft slightly blurry image, faint digital tape noise, muted contrast, blown highlights, imperfect autofocus, subtle exposure flicker, natural motion blur, shaky framing, clumsy zooms, and occasional small camera jolts.
Most shots feel self-filmed. Sometimes the camera is placed on a nearby bench or rack for a static shot. The camera itself is never visible.
SETTING:
A realistic busy gym in the evening with benches, dumbbell racks, mirrors, exercise equipment, other gym-goers in the background, and soft overhead lighting.
TONE:
Lighthearted, casual, and funny. CHASE has a slightly frustrating workout but laughs at herself instead of becoming seriously upset. The vlog gradually turns into a small satisfying comeback.
SEQUENCE:
She arrives at the bench area, but another gym-goer takes the last available bench before she can use it. She looks at the camera and laughs awkwardly.
“Okay... guess I’m waiting.”
She grabs a pair of dumbbells instead and starts another exercise.
“Fine, plan B it is.”
During the set, one dumbbell accidentally slips a short distance and lands safely on the floor. She quickly steps back, surprised, then laughs.
“Okay, that was not graceful.”
She picks it back up and smiles at the camera.
“Butterfingers today, apparently.”
A bench finally becomes available. She quickly sets up and starts her workout.
“Finally, my turn.”
Someone briefly interrupts her mid-set. She pauses, smiles politely, and resets.
“Totally fine, no worries.”
She takes a breath, looks amused and slightly exhausted.
“Okay, universe, give me a break today.”
Cut to a focused close-up of her hands gripping the bar and preparing for another repetition. Only natural gym ambience.
The camera is placed on a nearby bench. She performs one smooth, controlled, clean repetition without interruption.
She smiles immediately.
“Yes—okay, THAT one counted.”
End with a casual arm’s-length vlog shot. She is slightly sweaty, relaxed, and laughing.
“Bad gym day, but hey—ended on a good note. See you guys!”
STYLE:
Natural Korean gym vlog, authentic amateur home-video feeling, playful personality, imperfect filming, realistic exercise movement, realistic gym background activity, no polished commercial cinematography, no dramatic action, no dangerous accidents, no exaggerated physical movement.
Maintain the same character and outfit throughout.
No reference image or attached image required.
